Dear Sirs:
This letter is in response to a complaint by your neighbor at 51 Osgood Street. It appears
that your patrons have bothered these people by littering, starting cars with lights on and
urinating near the neighbor's yard.
After talking to the neighbors, my recommendation would be to install a stockade fence
to separate and add privacy between the two pieces of property. Please call me and let
me know what you have decided to do.
