This department was notified of some problems on the exterior of your property,
1 The weeds and trash must be cleaned up in the yard.
2. The front and rear porches are both in poor condition.
Massachusetts State Building Code requires the owner of a building to maintain all parts
and systems of building. Mass Building Code 780 CMR, Section 103. Failure to respond
to this letter will result in municipal code violation tickets and a complaint being filed in
Salem District Court.
