Dear Sir:
In responce to a complaint by the Salem Health Department ,
an inspection of your property located at 8 Osgood Street
was conducted on April 9, 1976 , by this department.
The inspection revealed that the foundation and sill plate
on the structure are in a hazardous condition and considered
a hazard to the public safety.
Please give this matter your immediate attention and obtain
the necessary permits before commencing the repairs . Your
failure to correct these conditions will result in furture
action being taken by this department.
