provided relative to the use of 19 Osborne Street as a four
(4) family dwelling.
Kindly inform the owner of 19 Osborne Street that I will
require additional documentation in order to make a
determination. Specifically, I require documentary evidence
showing use of the property as a four (4) family from 1964
through 1973 . Census lists and affidavits would be helpful.

listed in July, 1973, and has continued to be listed as such
in the Assessors' Office records since that time. Prior to

units.
