City of Salem Ordinance 24-21.1 requires that #1 the trailer be registered to the owner of the property. #2 No trailer shall be stored except behind the building line of the principal structure, and that the trailer be no closer than 10 feet from the lot line or within 5 feet of any building on the lot. . Additionally,Salem zoning ordinance section 6.2 prohibits occupying a trailer for living purposes within the City. I have enclosed a copy of the two Ordinances so you may read the entire text.
