This letter is to inform you of our withdrawal from the renovation project at# 5 Orne
Square in Salem, Massachusetts.
The building permit which lists Maple Leaf Builders, Inc. as the applicant, is hereby
surrendered to the building department. We and the owner, John Ferry of# 5 Ome
Square,have mutually agreed that the project should not continue under our supervision.
At the owner's discretion,a new permit should be applied for and issued under the
owner's name or that of his new agent if work is to continue.
