Dear Mr. Bramble:
I have received an inquiry from a member of the 24 Norman Street
Condominium Association regarding the landscaping for your Norman Street
development. The Condominium Association has asserted that the
landscaping of the project has not been completed as defined on the plan
approved by the Design Review Board and Redevelopment Authority. Upon
researching this matter it is clear that there are landscaping
improvements which have not been fulfilled. Specifically they are as
follows:
—Planting of 3 trees in front of the building;
—Planting of 2 trees in the west side yard;
—Planting of 2 trees in the east side yard;
—Planting of grass in the west side yard;
—Planting of shrubbery along east and west sides of the
building; and
—Fencing of dumpster at the rear of the east side yard
Such improvements are defined on a plan which you submitted to the
Redevelopment Authority on December 12, 1984.
The Redevelopment Authority expects that these issues will be
resolved expeditiously. If you have any questions regarding this
