on May 25, 1982 at the following violations have been
noted:
KITCHEN
1. One electrical outlet does not work.
PLAYROOM
2. Ceiling in poor retair.
SECOND FLOOR REAR BEDROOM
3. One electrical outlet - need double socket outlet.
FRONT RIGHT BEDROOM
Walls are in poor repair.
5• No electrical outlet.
LEFT BEDROOM
6. Paint peeling from walls and ceilings.
7. No electrical outlet.
8. Hall ceiling is peeling.
9. Stairway needs banister. _
CELLAR
10. Severe water problem in right rear corner of cellar.
11. Rebuilt oil burner has no new permit.
12. Foundation has many openings which must be repaired in and out.
13. Alleged rodents.

You are hereby ORDERED to make a good faith effort to correct these violations; said
correction of these violations shall be commenced IMMEDIATELY ,

a written petition within 7 days. Procedures for filing of said petition are enclosed.
You are also hereby advised that the conditions which exist may permit the occupants to
exercise one or more statutory remedies which can include rent withholding.
You are further advised that failure on your part to comply within the specified time
can result in a complaint in the Salem District Court.
