Modified Accelerated Cost Recovery System- Under this system, the capitalized cost(basis)of tangible property MACRS is recovered over a specified life by annual deductionsfor depreciation. An angular measurement in a spherical coordinate system. The vectorfrom an observer(origin)to a point of Azimuth interest is projected perpendicularly onto a reference plane, the angle between the projected vector and a reference vector on the reference plane is called the azimuth. IRR Internal rate of return. The discount rate that makes the net present value of all cash flowsfrom your project equal to zero. Calculated by taking intial system investment and subtracting net system costfirom total system cost, offset, Cumulative cash flow depreciation and taking the absolute value and adding each year back on itself. Cumulative savings Takenfrom cashflow, summarizing annual cashflow based on savingsfrom, project Solarponels come with a 25 yearproduction warrantyfrom manufacturer and a ten year manufacturing Warranty Information warranty,Workmanship and other components generally come with ten year warranties years;See the individual specification sheetsfor additional details. Levelized Cost Levelized cost is calculated by dividing the Net Cost by the system production on an annual basis.
