The sign is 3' by 2'-4" and is made of/d' thick sign foam. The sign background is black. The Urban Elements name and logo will be raised off of the background., The lettering is white and the logo is green. The hardware used to hang the sign will be painted black. The sign's square footage complies with City and SRA guidelines. The window lettering is white and has no background. The business name and logo will be slightly above center on the window. A revised version of the lettering will be presented at the DRB meeting showing the words "nature + home + body + mind" at the bottom of the window. The lettering area is less than 20 percent of the window glass and complies with City and SRA guidelines. The two flags are a red, white, and blue flag with the word "Open" and a rainbow pride flag. The existing brackets are white and the flag poles will be white.
