Dear Ms. Stewart:
Thank you for your submission to the Design Review Board (DRB) for the review of
proposed signage for Spellbound Tours, 190 Essex Street.
At their meeting on February 25, 2004, the Board requested that you resubinit you
application with the following changes:
• Change the size of the sign to make it more linear and less of a box;
• Revise the lettering on the sign by changing the font, reducing the size, increasing the
space around the letters, and making the letters bolder; and
• Change the border around the sign to be less ornamental.
The Board also asked that in your resubmission you include photographs of the entire
building that depict your storefront in the context of the other storefronts in the building.
