Maximum allowed: 65 square feet
Proposed Signage: The proposal includes the installation of one wall sign consisting of
14" channel letters spelling"RMC'with red faces and black returns.
Below that an illuminated black 12"x 12"panel with 5"white letters.
Also one 24" x 34" non-illuminated red aluminum panel sign with
white letters to locate on the existing freestanding sign.
Total area of Sign: 27.5 square feet for wall sign & 5.6 square feet for panel sign.
Comments: • The originally proposed wall sign located at the roofline of the
establishment was been eliminated from this proposal.
Recommendation: This application meets the design guidelines for the Entrance Corridor. I
recommend approval as submitted.

Dear Mr. Taormina,
Per our recent conversation, below is a mock-up of-the-sign-we-would-like-to-place
on the front sandwich board at 120_Canal-Street,treplacing the top sign that was to read
promotional products". We still want the sign on the front of the building that reads RMCQ
iwlth lettering In the black box to read "promotional products". The new sign would beT-
aluminum, red with white lettering-and-logaon_front:and-back, measuring-241tall-by_34'
wide to fit the board."It would be located either between the HaAorne and Dogville signs
or below the existing Dogville sign depending on the decision of the property owner.
Please make this change to my permit application and let me know if you need additional
