Or. December 10 , 1996 .. spection conducted at
the above mentioned location nd the following violations
were found:
#1 . Third floor apartment ceiling must be repaired at
once .
#2 . Third floor washing machine drain, backs up into
kitchen sink on first floor, must be repaired.
#3 . Stair tread in basement broken, must be repaired at
once.
#4 . Three foot (3 ' ) clearance must be maintained between
dryer and means of egress in hallway.
Please contact this office within fifteen ( 15 ) days
to advise us as to your course of action in this matter .
Failure to do so will result in legal action being taken
against you.

in the immediate neighborhood for approximately 31 years
at 33 Bow Street, and I have owned the premises at
25 Ord Street for six (6) years. .
As far as I can remember, the premises at 27 Ord Street
has always been used as a `three-family residence. I can
remember three families living there as far back as the
late ' 50' s.
