I, Ronald J. Budka, of 43 Home Street, Peabody, Massachusetts, upon oath do depose
and say as follows:
1. I am very familiar and have extensive knowledge of the property known as 12 Ord Street,
Salem, Massachusetts.
2. At the time of my birth, July 17, 1935, the property at 12 Ord Street, Salem was owned by
my grandparents.
3. 1 lived at 12 Ord Street, Salem, Massachusetts, with my family from 1935 until August,
1955.
4. After the death of my grandparents, my parents, Isadore Budka and Mary Budka,
purchased the interests of my aunt and uncle in the property at 12 Ord Street, Salem,
Massachusetts and they became the sole owners.

5. In December, 1960, my wife and I purchased a home in Salem, Massachusetts. In 1.962;
we sold our home in Salem, and purchased our home in Peabody, Massachusetts. We
have lived in this home since that time.

6. Over the last thirty-ss I years, I have continually and consistently assisted in the
maintenance and general upkeep of the property at 12 Ord Street, Salem.
7. My mother, Mary Budka, made 12 Ord Street her home for over sixty-one (61) years.
8. The property at 12 Ord Street has always and continually been utilized as a three-family
dwelling.
