RECOMMENDATION: At their meeting on July 10, 2007, the DRB recommended approval of the proposed sign as submitted. PROPOSAL: The proposed signage consists of three pine boards painted white with black vinyl lettering. The lettering on the sign reading "ART" is raised. The signs are hung from a wrought iron bracket and post. Two of the signs are oriented horizontally and the third sign is oriented vertically. The three portions of the sign are connected with climber's clips, eyehooks, metal chain and metal bars.
