There is an ongoing complaint regarding the location of your garage/shed constructed a few years ago.
It is the job of the Building Department to enforce both Building Code and Zoning Ordinances.
At this point , I am requiring that you demonstrate zoning compliance by submitting a plot plan,produced by a
A land surveyor,showing the lot lines as well as the location of the building on the lot.This survey needs to be
submitted within 30 days of receipt of this notice.
