Box 445 Beverly, Mass. 01915 RE: 7 Orange Street Dear Madeline: Due to a complaint received through the Neighborhood Improvement Committee hot line, I conducted an inspection of the above mentioned property and the following violations were found: 1. Window at third floor level in stairwell must be repaired. 2. Rear door needs to be repaired. 3. Replace or remove broken window from front of building. These items are a safety hazard to pedestrians using the sidewalk and must be repaired immediately. Please notify this department upon receipt of this letter as to your course of action to rectify these violations. Failure to do so will result in legal action being taken against you.
