This letter is in response to your complaint about the condition of your neighbors shed.
The shed is located on 8-10 Winter Street and directly abuts your land.
Because the issue went to court- docket#97-0022 in Superior Court and an agreement for
judgment was entered in to, I will not take any further action in this matter. If you have
