referenced property. You are in violation of the Mass State
Building Code section 113, (no permits on record) .
Please be advised that a building permit is required for the
alterations you are doing to your property. Work shall not continue
until a permit is approved. Failure to apply shall result in further
legal action.

Salem MA 01970 with a solid Ainyl siding. Noir the building
inspector of that city is requesting that we remove the ex-
isting siding and dispose ._of it in vinyl barrels. Our feeling
is that the solid vinyl siding is equivalent-to the vinyl barrel.
We are further proposing to cover the underneath edge thus w .
preventing any possible particles from ever falling to the
ground. Therefore, hoping that our proposal will be approved
by the D.E.Q.E. Office.
