I intend to put the property on the market as soon as it is possible . I have received varying responses from different sources as to the marketability of the condo and therefore seek your opinion on this matter . For your information, I have enclosed a copy of the previous owner ' s Listing Statement . The document appears to indicate that the pro- perty was cleared, through your office, for all applicable zoning and permit requirements . (see page 2 & 3) I have been led to understand that the former owner and his attorney have presented certain documents to you which will ascertain the building is a non-conforming grandfathered three family unit.
