Your property is in a residential 2 family zone and is not zoned for business. You are directed to cease operating the junk metal business from this property. Additionally, Salem city Ordinance 24-21.1 (3) states the following. "Each owner of a residential property may have one registered truck, van or camper of less than 10,000 GV W,which has not been decorated with letters or signage greater than that require by the U.S Department of Transportation or the Mass Registry parked on any paved area of the premises on which the owner resides." You are directed to cease parking the vehicle within 5 days of this notice. Failure to comply with these orders will result in further enforcement actions .
