property mentioned above is a legal three(3) family dwelling.
Note that all work performed to repair the fire damage will need the proper permits and
these permits will need to be obtained by licensed contractor.

Dear Fr. Allain:
Due to a complaint received through the Neighborhood Improvement
Committee hot line, I conducted an inspection of the above mentioned property
and found the following violations:
1 . Porches at side of house are in an unsafe condition, and must be
repaired at once.
2. Means of egress must be restored at side of the house (immediately) .
Please notify this department within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of
this letter as to your course of action to rectify these violations. Failure
to do so will result in legal action being taken against you.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
