Dear Mr . & Mrs . Mitchell :
In June of 1997 , I sent you a letter concerning the
building of a garage under the rear porch of 177 Ocean
Ave . West , which at the time you informed me that the
closer under the porch was for a storage shed and not a
garage . On June 16 , 1997 you pulled a permit to install a
shed 101xl2 'x 81with fire core sheet rock in the rear of
the structure .
In May of 1998 , I received several photographs
(enclosed) showing a vehicle parked inside the supposed
shed structure in the rear of the incomplete "shed" .
On May 11 , 1998 I inspected said structure, at which
time you were storing gasoline, lawn mower , and several
other items .
1 . You are violating state building codes by not
completing work on said shed.
2 . You are storing flammables in said shed without fire
core sheet rock being in place .
3 . If you wish to build a garage structure , please inform
this office so we can adapt the proper building codes .
Please notify this department within fifteen ( 15 ) days
upon receipt of this letter, to inform us as to what
course of action you will take to rectify these
violations . Failure to do so will result in legal action
being taken against you.

in this matter.
