Dear Mr. Tapper:
In our past conversations regarding your business, which you run from the basement of
168 Ocean Ave West. You said the first of October you have rented a space to move
your business, and as of January 15, 2004 we received letters from neighbors your still
operating from the cellar of you home.
Salem Zoning Ordinance prohibits the use of running a Business in an R-2 District.
.Please contact this office within 15 days upon receipt of this letter so we can do an
inspection to see you are no longer working from your basement.
If you don't comply with theses orders a complaint will be issued at Salem District
Court.
