To date this permit is still open. It is our understanding that an extension cord services the Electricity for the pool which is an Electrical code violation. From the complaint we received,this cord is attached to the abutters fence.We have also received a complaint that a deck was constructed,to service the pool,and that it may be closer than five feet to the property line which would be a zoning violation. This department also notified you about unregistered vehicles being stored at the property. I understand that one vehicle has gone away and that you were going to ask for a waiver for the second vehicle from either the Police or Fire Chief. Please advise us on the status of that process.You are directed to obtain an Electrical permit to address the Electrical issue immediately, If the deck is in violation of the five foot setback, you are directed to either remove the deck or file a zoning request at the Zoning Board of Appeals within fifteen days of receipt of this letter. Failure to address the pool permit,zoning issue and City ordinance violations will result in Municipal code tickets and further enforcement actions. If you have any questions, please contact me directly. I will address your zoning issue regarding your abutters air conditioner in another letter.
