Although not indicated by this department's records, based
on the affidavits you have presented to me the property located at
25 Oakland Street exists as a three (3) family dwelling.
Chapter 40A. , Section 7, Massachusetts General Law provides for
a six (6) year statute of limitation for a City or Town to act in
the case of violations. This not being the case in this matter,
the property must be considered a legal though nonconforming three (3)
family dwelling.
