Mr. Dellafera states in his letters that the property has continued its manufacturing use by Creative Seasonings Inc . and with J & C Electronics , Inc . This leads me to believe we have had a continued "Grandfathered" use and that a woodworking, cabinet making company would also be a legal grandfathered use . I have spoken briefly with the City of Salem Solicitor, Mr. Robert LeDoux on this matter and he seems to be in agreement with my finding. I know that you have had prior concerns with this property, and that is the reason for my informing you of the ongoing interest at this site. If you wish to meet with Mr . We first spoke on May 271997 and set up an appointment.for you to come to 9 Oak St. on May 28, we talked and I told you of my thoughts, to renovate the place, turning the third floor into an apartment for when I get married in November, and eventually making the second and first floor into office space,for the expansion of my business and also for future rental . You said you would need to get back to me , that there were some issues that needed research.
