Dear Attorney Sexton:
The Olszewski family advised me that your clients
Margaret Jones and Theresa DeMatteo have been parking their
vehicles within three (3) feet of my clients' home.
In 1992, the zoning ordinance was amended so that
Section VII, 3-5, Article B reflects the prior ordinance in
that no driveway surface may be paved closer than two (2 )
feet from the property line.
Kindly bring this matter to the attention of your
clients so that they may refrain from parking their vehicles
next to my clients' home.
