Richard McIntosh, Building Inspector for City of Salem
1 Salem Green
Salem, Massachusetts 01970
Dear Mr. McIntosh,
This letter will serve to inform you my wife and I first
viewed the property at 11 Northey Street, Salem, Massachusetts
during the month of June, 1965 with Lillian 'Fieldsr(Lillian --
Fields Real Estate Company), and subsequently entered into a
Purchase and Sales agreement to purchase the said property on
September 20, 1965. ( see attached copy of deed)
The purpose of this letter is to substantiate the fact
that when we first viewed the property in June, 1965, a fully
completed apartment existed on the third floor; and, in fact.
this was the basic reason why we decided to purchase the said
property.
Yours truly,
Winston Davis
This is to certify that Winston Davis personally appeared before
me this date and affixad his signature to this letter.
