Dear Mr, and Mrs. Philipedest
In response to a complaint received in this Office we investigated
the sign at the referenced addhess.
This sign has been installed in violation of the City of Salem Sign
Ordinances Section 3-55 A "Prohibited Signs", namelyt on-premises
signs advertising a business conducted elsewhere.
In accordance with said Ordinance you are hereby given ninety (90)
days to remove this sign.
I wish to advise you of your right to appeal this descision with the
Salem Board of Appeals.
