During my inspection on April 25,1979, 1 noted the following deficiencies:
1. Some rot in floor joists in both buildings.
2. Holes in roof structure on 196.
3. Chiameys need repointing and flashing. 196.198
4. Rotted gutter and fascia board on 196.
5. No heat in kitchens. 196.198.
6. Water leaks between sills and foundations on both buiilldings.
7. A ceilings In disrepair - need scraping'preping and painting 198
8. Heating system needs chesking ,possible cleaning and possible valve problem.198
9. Sill at bulkhead unsupported at 198.
10. Rot at rear corners of both buildings.
