This application has been denied by this Office for multiple reasons. First, a Commercial Property requires a Licensed Construction Supervisor to apply for the Permit, and no such information is provided on the application. Second, as you are aware there is an Action for a Zoning Violation against you at your Property on Desmond Terrace. No Permit will be issued to you for any other work as long as you are in violation. Lastly, even though a Permit has not been issued for this property, you have begun work at this location, including demolition, and framing. I personally visited your site on Wednesday 4/4/2007 and observed this, I also observed work being done in violation of City Ordinance on Sunday 4/1/2007. Further, I am Ordering that you Cease and Desist all Work at this location until such time that the proper permitting is in place. Any violation of this stop work order is punishable by a fine of$1000, with each day counting as a separate offense. If you feel aggrieved by this action your appeal is through the State Board of Building Regulation and Standards.
