On May 3, 1993 a letter was sent to you itemizing violations that needed to be corrected. I was pleased to note that a couple of the items on the list had been taken care of; however, there are still a number of items yet to be done. The 4"x4" wood pole at the electrical service has not been repaired, the unregistered vehicle is still there; nothing has been done to make the metal garage structurally sound and the main building is still in need of repair and remains an eyesore. Again, I was pleased to see the quick response to the other items and I am in hopes I can depend on your continued cooperation, and I will expect to hear from you within thirty (30) days of receipt of this notice informing me that the aforementioned items have been addressed.
