Homeless people have been gathering around the vehicles and equipment stored on your property. A makeshift shelter has been erected between some of the equipment. Once I received your letter I went to 70 North Street to inspect the area. I did not find any makeshift shelter there. Please be assured when we are aware of any such illegal shelter on the site it will be dismantled.
