This Department received and confirmed complaints regarding the exterior of your property. The overhang over
the front door is rotted and in danger of falling from the building. Also , the siding and fascia are showing
signs of deterioration with several locations open to the weather. ,Mass State Building Code 780 C.M.R
section 1403.2 requires that the exterior building walls be weather—resistant. You are directed to contact this
office to discuss your plan to repair the building and to arrange for required inspection of the rest ol'thc
building (_1.03 inspection.) Failure to reply will result in Municipal Code tickets and further enforcement
action
