Please be advised that in addition to Ms. Twomey and her children there,
is one non—family party residing with. them. This person is a close
family friend who is leaving in August to attend school in Alabama.
Since Section II B 19 of the Salem Zoning Ordinance. de£ines a family as,
"one or more persons. occupying a dwelling unit and living together ;as a
singlenonprofit housekeeping unit; Provided that A group of;.(3)- or.-poxe. -
persons who are not -within some. degree of kinship shall not _be. deemed to
constitutea family. " -Since the -occupantsof -Ms'. Twomey's .homefall
