This property is owned by an absentee landlord, Mr. Albert Willians, who is presently residing in Marblehead. At the present time there is a family living in the first floor apartment, apparently three non-related females living in the second floor apartment and one male resident living in the third floor apartment. This house has historically been a three family dwelling, but, in this district unrelated occupancy of a single apartment , or house, is a zoning violation. We have had three zoning violations of this nature in the past. Each was successfully corrected by the previous building inspector.
