Our office has reviewed your letter regarding the dispute of snow ticket#2058 issued to your property at
73 Moffatt Road. A visit to the site on Tuesday,March l7 at approximately 10:15 a.m. it was again noted
that snow was still not cleared on a portion of your sidewalk in front of your property on Moffatt Road
near your garage driveway(see accompanying photos).
We still are of the opinion that your sidewalk is not fully cleared of snow and impassable and in violation
of City Ordinance 38-13 and 38-14, Removal of Snow/Ice from Sidewalks. Although your appeal is
through the District Court system we shall abate this ticket after discussions with the Mayor's office. You
should receive an abated invoice within 10 days showing a zero balance owed.
