The Concerned Citizens of Moffatt Road would like to nominate the absentee landlord
property at 38-40 Moffatt Road for the Bottom Ten List. The garage and porch are in
disrepair and seem ready to collapse. Parts of the house are rotting as well. The house has not
seen fresh paint in many years and a number of windows are broken. The grass rarely gets cut in
the summer. All other homes in the area are in very good shape and it is a shame that this house
is in such poor condition. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you
