complaints of alledged violations , our findings where as
follows .
The shed in question is well over ten ( 10 ) years old .
The stairs to the water you stated were there for over forty
years , a permit was still required by you to repair and replace
said stairs .
At your convenience please come by the office and acquire
a permit for work you had done a few years ago on the stairs .

Dear Mr. Driscoll,
In answer to complaints to this office, we would like to inspect
said referenced property within seven (7) days from receipt of this letter,
for Code Violation. Deck with stairs to the water and a shed which no building
permit were issued, which if so puts you in Violation of Mass State Building
Code, Sect . 113 para 113. 1 , requiring permits for any type of construction.
Anyone who shall Violate a provision of this Code shall be punishable by a
fine of not more than%One Thousand ($ 1 ,000.00) dollars or by imprisonment for
not more than one year, or both for each Violation. Each day during which any
portion of a Violation -continues shall constitutes a separate offense.
To correct said Violation, you should apply for permits from this office,
also Con Com and possible the Corp. of Army Engineers.
