Dear Mr. Goggin:
I am responding to your letter regarding my property on May
Street in Salem.
My husband has been disabled the past several months due to
an accident therefore, I am in the process of hiring a.,
professional to make the few repairs you mentioned (within 21
days) and then to do regular checks of the property. The tires
etc. had been promised to be. removed and have not. I have now
hired someone to take care of this early next week. Four people
will be staying in one good sized apartment. I am unaware that
any regulations are not being followed regarding this matter.
If I am incorrect, please send me a copy of the applicable
regulation(s) so that I may be fully informed and take any
corrective actions.
If this course of action is not satisfactory please inform me
as soon as possible. Thank you.
Sincerely,
