The existing building needs maintenance. 2. Trash must be removed from side of house along fence. 3. Trash must be cleaned up in rear of property. 4. Shed must be cleaned out and repaired. Please notify this department upon receipt of this letter as to your course of action to rectify these violations. Failure to do so will result in legal action being taken against you.
