I have reviewed your request for a waiver of curbing and sidewalk for 108 Marlborough
Road and on December 12, 1984 met with the Ward Four Councillor, Leonard O'Leary.
In accordance with Chapter 26, Section 105 of the Salem Code of Ordinances, I am
hereby granting your request for the waiver of both curbing and sidewalk based on the
following:
1 . No sidewalks exist inthe area.
2. There would be no adverse effects on drainage.
3. There would be no adverse effects on public safety.
