18 Marlborough Road. As you know, this property is a single family home located in an
R-1 District. Mr. Reddy is running a flooring business out of this property. This use
violates the Salem Zoning Ordinance, Section 5-2.
Therefore, you are directed to cease this use within thirty (30) days. If you feel you are
aggrieved by this order, your appeal would be directed to the Zoning Board of Appeal.
Failure to comply will result in legal action being taken against you in Salem District
Court.

I , George Zambouras , being duly sworn, depose and say
that :
1 . My name is George Zambouras, and I reside at
18 Marlborough Road , Salem, Massachusetts.
2. 1 am a graduate of Northeastern University, and I
majored in Civil Engineering.
3. 1 have prepared a plan , a copy of which is attached
to this affidavit , depicting thereon the zoning line and the
area which is being used by the Tri-City Sales in violation
of the zoning ordinance of the City of Salem.
4 . Lots 89 and 90 , as shown on the attached plan , were
purchased by Tri-City Sales on March 7 , 1980 , and recorded
on that day at the Essex South District Registry of Deeds ,
in Book 6683 , Page 780. The grantor was the Blue Star Diner ,
Inc. , a copy of that deed is also attached hereto.
