Dear Mr. Amenta:
This office has received a conplaint of possible Massachusetts State
Building Code violation, Section 113, (no permit on record) .at the above
referenced property.
On April 1, 1991 upon inspection of your property, I found a pile of
construction debris in the rear yard, which indicated work had been done
without obtaining a building permit.
To correct the said violation, you shall obtain a building permit
from this office within seven days upon receipt of this letter. Failure
to carply will result in this office taking legal action.
