Gentlemen:
Please be advised that effective immediately Permit 0360-93 allow the
construction of a one story concession stand at the above referenced site
is herewith revoked. The decision to revoke this permit is based on the
following:
1. The drawings for the project were not submitted at the beginning
of said project.
2. Site plan was not included when the drawings were eventually
submitted.
3. Building was built in accordance to the plans submitted.
You are hereby order to cease and desist all construction until such
time as the above situation has been corrected, at that time the Building
Department will take under advisement the issuance of a new permit.
