Dear Mr. Michaud:
In response to your request for a Certificate of Inspection this Department
inspected the premises located at 50 Margin Street known as Michaud Auto
Driving School Inc, on Agusut 9, 1978.
The inspection revealed the following violations that requite correction
prior to the issuance of a Certificate.
1. Imergency lights not operable at the time of the inspection.
2. "EXIT" signs must be installed at both egress doors.
Please contact Inspector William Munroe of this Department for a re-inspection
when corrections have been made.
