This office has received a complaint regarding a business use at your property. Your property is
a residential property and no businesses are allowed. The complaint alleged a furniture
refinishing business being conducted their. My observation from the public way confirmed a tarp
, hung across a work area and evidence of this work on the rear deck.
Under the Authority of the Mass state Building Code 780 C.M.R section 115;you are required to
arrange for Inspection of this property within 7 days of receipt of this letter.
If you feel you are aggrieved by this order, your appeal is to the Board of Buildings
,Regulations and Standards in Boston.
Failure to respond will result in Municipal Tickets and possibly a complaint in Salem District
Court.

conducted an inspection and found the following violations:
1 . Broken window must be repaired.
2. Debris at side of building must be removed.
3. Down spouts must be replaced.
4. Repair or replace missing gutter.
S. Smoke detectors must be in working order in stairways and inside units.
6. Soffit return must be repaired, birds are living inside rotted area.
7. Fence needs to be maintained in a =ore orderly manner.
Please notifv this department within fifteen ( 15) days upon receipt of
this letter, to inform us as to what course of action you will take to rectify
these violation. Failure to do so will result in legal action being taken
against you.

This office has received a complaint regarding a business use at your property. Your property is
a residential property and no businesses are allowed. The complaint alleged a furniture
refinishing business being conducted their. My observation from the public way confirmed a tarp
, hung across a work area and evidence of this work on the rear deck.
Under the Authority of the Mass state Building Code 780 C.M.R section 115, you are required to
arrange for Inspection of this property within 7 days of receipt of this letter.
If you feel you are aggrieved by this order, your appeal is to the Board of Buildings
,Regulations and Standards in Boston.
Failure to respond will result in Municipal Tickets and possibly a complaint in Salem District
Court.
