With regard to your letter of July 9, the swimming pool located iit 7 Maple S eet as purchased as
a child's pool, is 12 foot in diameter and its erection required no construction. If this type of children's
swimming pool requires a building permit for its use we would be happy to obtain such. Could you
please advise as to what proper procedure should be followed so that this child's pool may be used at
7 Maple Street, Salem. Thank you.

Dear Ms Jaremsek,
Due to complaints received at this office, a site inspection was
done at the above referenced property. Upon inspection it was noted
that a swimming pool was erected without the benefit of a building permit.
Be advised that this is a violation of the Mass State Building Code,
Section 113. ( no pernits on record 0. Please contact this office within
seven days of receipt of this letter. Failure to do so shall constitute..
further legal action.

garage, a site visit was made at your property. This department does
sympathize with your boundary dispute, however, ther is no apparent violation
of the City of Salm Zoning Ordinance.
This does appear to be a civil matter which you may wish to consult
with a lawyer for any further legal matters.
