The Petitioners requested a variance ori the side yard in order to remove part of
t.'12 existing structure and replace it with anew t.;e story addition in accordenca with
plans submitted.

A letter from Mr. & Mrs. Joseph Lubas was received stating they are not opposed
to the addition to the existing building. - -

No one appeared in onpositi.on to the va:i.ance.
The Board voted 4-0 to grant: the variance for the side yard requirement, as shown .
on the drawing submitted.
James Boulger refrained from voting,
The Board found that it could grant the variance requested without. substantial
detriment to the surrounding neighborhood and without dero atin from the intent of
Salem Zoning By-laws.
